Return Policy
Should you wish to return any unwanted orders, please contact us with the following details:

Compomart order/invoice Number
All Returns will be done on Friday or Monday Returned parcels should be sent on a trackable service, so the customer has a proof of delivery should we need a copy to process a refund in the case of a missing parcel etc. We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.
Our customers are entitled to a 15 day cancellation right. Therefore, any incorrectly ordered or unwanted items can be returned to us for a full refund. You must inform Compomart you require to return the goods within 15 days of receiving your delivery; you then have a further 15 days to return the products after informing us. The goods must be unused, with original package, and suitable for resale. This excludes any specially supplied goods that aren't normal stock items.
Breakages
If you receive damaged goods we will need a picture of the damages for proof. Once we have received the picture we will have replacements sent out or we will issue you a refund. Please email the pictures to info@compomart.co.uk
The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify Compomart within 30 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify Compomart within 30 days of delivery that the goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. We cannot accept any claims for faulty or broken goods more than 30 days after delivery.
Compomart may choose to refund any damages rather than issuing replacements if sending replacements is not feasible. We will endeavour to offer replacements in most situations.
Terms For Returns

The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify Compomart within 30 days should the goods be faulty or damaged. Should the customer fail to notify Compomart within 30 days, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. Should the products be faulty or damaged, Compomart shall take responsibility for recovery of the goods from the customer within 30 days of delivery if the goods need to be returned. The customer will also be entitled to a full refund if the goods are deemed to be faulty/damaged by Compomart.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return any incorrectly ordered items. Compomart will take no responsibility for the collection of the goods.
We cannot take any returns request via the telephone or e-mail, all returns requests must be made through our website in your account so we can trace your order information in the system.
Please note, it is at the discretion of Compomart whether a credit or replacement should be issued.
Please note we cannot accept returns on specially supplied goods and clearance stock.
Compomart will operate within the Distance Selling Regulations 2016/2017.
