DELIVERY COSTS
Our standard delivery charge to UK mainland addresses is £7 ex-VAT

Take advantage of Free Delivery to UK Mainland addresses when you spend over £100 ex-VAT (per order)

* Delivery charges to JE, GY, TR, BT, IM, IV, HS, KW, ZE and certain PA post codes are £15.00 ex-VAT.  No Free Delivery plan is applied. 

* Delivery charges for Oversized Items (more than 1 metre in length) are £30 ex-VAT.  No Free Delivery plan is applied. 


STOCK AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
1-2 Working Days Essentials Delivery
In-stock items for delivery to you within 1-2 working days. We will contact you if we do not have all of your items in stock.

2-4 Working Days Delivery
Items kept in our remote warehouse or ordered from the supplier. We will advise you if it will take any longer than the typical 2-4 working days.

We aim to supply your goods on time and on budget- please contact us if you have any specific requests or tight timescales and we will do our best to help.


DELIVERY DETAILS
ORDERS CONTAINING ITEMS OVER 1.0 METRE
Orders containing items over 1.0m in length will be delivered by Parcelforce. This can sometimes lead to a short delay in delivery due to the handling process at their depots. Please contact us if your items are delayed by more than three days after despatch.

BULKY ORDERS
Large order quantity may be delivered by our pallet freight partner with your agreement in advance. They will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Deliveries will be ‘curb side’ and it is best that you organise additional help to if your order is too heavy or cumbersome for a single person to lift.

REMOTE AREAS
For orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, next day delivery tends to be cost prohibitive - we can provide details if requested. 2-4 day delivery is offered as standard to these zones.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
We currently only deliver to UK addresses as standard. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

DAMAGES
Please check your order thoroughly for damage and advise us within 48 hours by either email or using our online contact form. This will allow us to investigate the issue thoroughly and take any remedial action. We may not be able to help with any damages outside of this time frame but will do our best to assist you.

NON-DELIVERED ITEMS
Claims for non-delivered orders must be made within 48 hours of despatch. This is so we can investigate any claim with the courier and are usually able to locate your order, sometimes left with a neighbour or in a safe place. We will do our best to assist with issues outside of the 48 hours.
